I am currently employed as a Yale postdoctoral associate working on global ant biodiversity and conservation as a member of the Walter Jetz lab in the Yale Global Change and Biodiversity Dept.

My last position held was as an NSF Biological Collections Postdoctoral Fellow working in the labs of Dr. Corrie Moreau and and Dr. Andrew Suarez. This current research focuses on understanding what happens to native ant communities as non-native ants arrive and spread into natural habitats.

Over the past seven years I have worked with the Economo Lab Unit (Okinawa Institute of Science Technology) as well as with many collaborators on the evolution of mandible morphology within the ant genus Strumigenys.
